Refer a New Family to BCDSIG

(Self referrals welcome!)

All new parents in Bucks County are eligible to receive a welcome basket.  Any hospital, friend, or family can refer a new family to us by clicking the button below or calling.  Medical practitioners, family members, or friends of the family may use this form to place a referral.   (You must first get permission from the parents to provide this information, and you will be contacted for confirmation before a request is fulfilled. How BCDSIG will help:

•  Deliver a basket of gifts and information for the family at their preferred location

• Offer connections and referrals in the Bucks area

Each basket will include:

• Books about Down syndrome

• Items for the baby and for the family

• Information from BCDSIG and other local Down syndrome organizations
